Private Meta work with human approval

Dawn is my Meta advertising analytics and optimization tool. It is internal and single-user, registered under my own Meta business portfolio, and runs on the ad accounts and pages their owners have assigned to me.

Reporting and campaign management

Reporting and analysis

Dawn reads advertising reporting data from the ad accounts assigned to my portfolio, and it reads the pixel event statistics behind them. If the events are not arriving, the reporting on top of them cannot be trusted, and reading both together is how that shows up.

Campaign management

Dawn creates and edits campaigns, ad sets, ads, and conversion definitions. I confirm each of those changes by hand. It also reads and moderates the comments left on ads, which is what the page permissions are for.

Allowed data and permissions

Pages

Boundary
Dawn has no access to any Google Ads account. Data is held on my own computer, never combined across clients, and not used to train models.

Access lifecycle

  1. Trigger

An asset owner assigns an ad account or a page to my business portfolio.

  2. Approval

I confirm each supported change by hand.

  3. End

The owner unassigns the asset in their own Business Manager.

  4. Record

When an engagement ends, client data is deleted except for records required for tax or legal purposes.
